Our Team
Jeffrey E. Bush, MBA, CLU, ChFC is the Managing Partner and Chief Operating Officer of Informed Family Financial Services and has been dedicated to providing high quality service to his clients since 1994.
After graduating Magna Cum Laude from Alvernia College and receiving his MBA from St. Joseph’s University, Jeff completed his training as a Chartered Life Underwriter and a Chartered Financial Consultant at the American College. According to the College, the CLU and CHFC designations are two of the most prominent credentials for persons involved in the accumulation, preservation and distribution of wealth.
Prior to joining Informed Family Financial Service, Jeff worked as a Registered Representative with Delaware Valley Financial Group in King of Prussia, PA. At DVFG, Jeff developed a strong base of clientele, and due to his efforts, later served as the firm’s Brokerage Manager.
Active in numerous civic and industry organizations, Jeff graduated from Leadership Berks and was active in Big Brothers and Big Sisters of Berks County, including serving on the Board of Directors. Jeff was the recipient of the first “Chairman’s Award” for excellence in community service while working at UGI.
He also served on the Board of Directors for the Philadelphia Chapter of the National Association of Life Underwriters.
Jeff holds numerous Professional Licenses and Designations which include Series 6, 63, 65 and 7 securities industry registrations. He is a Chartered Life Underwriter (CLU) as well as a Chartered Financial Consultant (ChFC).
Jeff enjoys being active in various personal development coaching groups which includes Anthony Robbins Elite Coaching program and the Strategic Coach . He is a past President of Hillside Aquatic Club in Upper Pottsgrove. Currently, he is the President of the Tri County Swim League. Jeff is a Master’s level competitive swimmer and is a member of the Perkiomen Valley Aquatic Club Masters Team. Jeff is also a member of the Rivercrest Golf Club.
Jeff resides in Pottstown with his wife Diane, an executive with AT&T and their four children, Jeffrey Jr., Taylor, Matthew and Lauren.
Barry S. Waronker, JD
A graduate of Temple University and The Golden Gate University School of Law, Barry’s communication skills are on display in our company’s many client bulletins, newsletters, seminars and informative workshops. Over the years, Barry has helped hundreds of families make difficult decisions, including how to manage the risk and cost of Long Term Care and Disability. His professional knowledge and experience extend beyond traditional insurance solutions, including the use of creative planning tools to help meet the special challenges faced by clients and their aging loved ones.
His Professional Licenses and Designations include Series 6, 63, 65 and 7 securities industry registrations.
In a previous life he was the head writer of the “Good Morning LA” TV Show, creator of the record album “The Firsta Family”, and writer for numerous well-known entertainers,. Always precocious, he had his first mid-life crises in his 20’s and enrolled at Golden University Law School. While a law student he clerked for the US Attorney’s office, was active as a volunteer Big Brother, and wrote and co-produced pro-bono a series of Emmy-winning TV commercials for Big Brothers and Sisters of San Francisco.
Away from the office Barry is fond of billiards at the Venetian Club of Chestnut Hill, golf at the Flourtown Country Club, and peddling along Forbidden Drive in the Wissahickon. Someday he would like to create a new TV Show called “The Retirement Game” in which he stars as the genial host, where the show gives money away to winning contestants. He and his family are long-time residents of Germantown.
Corrina A. Clemens is the Director of Client Services and Office Manager of Informed Family Financial Services. Corrina
is dedicated to providing high quality service to all of the firm’s clients.
Corrina is a graduate of Montgomery County Community College with an Associates Degree in Business Management. She has over 25 years of administrative experience. Her work experience includes positions with Corporate Interiors, ElderDent and Seaview Thermal Systems. She is a member of the Pennsylvania Association of Notaries.
Corrina resides in East Norriton with her husband Bob and daughter Cherish.
Sheryl A Smith is the Computer Operator and Assistant Manager of Informed Family Financial Services. Sheryl is dedicated to providing high quality service to all of the firm’s clients.
Sheryl’s work experience includes positions with Procura Management, The Goddard School and Avenue. Sheryl resides in Ambler.
